Milestones

As Ferris Bueller once said, "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it." And with that, some events that snuck up on us. Nick turned the big 2-8, and we celebrated with a few moments of mustachery. A few short lived moments of mushtachery, as it was thankfully shaved off right after this picture.

And we also celebrated our ten year anniversary! Here is us, clearly making a ten.

St. Louis

Woefully late once again, but hey, we went to St. Louis! A long weekend in St. Louis, what can one do? Approximately 2 things: 1) the Arch 2) Budweiser tour. PART 1: The Arch was fun, and quick, if you can stomach the tiny claustrophobia inducing pod that transports you to the top; there is a surprisingly cool museum in the building, which covers America's pioneer years. Picture of the alien pod:

Nice vending machines, you won't see these anywhere else folks!

The museum kept us occupied for quite a bit, partly because these lifelike gentlemen were scattered throughout giving speeches about life in the 1800s. I even convinced Nick to ask for directions!

PART 2: We saw how Budweiser is made

We listened to speeches about ingredients

We saw funny signs that make little to no sense and then drank some free beer!

And that is St. Louis!
